1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and institutional policies.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational or professional purposes. You will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
• Upload, share, or store content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading materials.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the lessons, classroom data, and other materials you create through the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant LNK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to share any external media or transcripts that you upload.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and trademarks, is owned by LNK or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Payment and Trials

Certain features may require payment or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. If we offer a trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example, AI providers or storage platforms). Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. LNK is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party offerings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LNK does not guarantee that generated lesson materials will be error-free, aligned to curriculum standards, or suitable for every learning context. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting materials before classroom use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LNK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, but Sections 4–11 will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
